Our day excursion took us to Sarlat so that everyone could buy presents for those who had been left at home.
The visit coincided with the local market day. Stalls had been set up along the narrow streets were local people were selling everything imaginable.
We could have spent all day looking at the stalls and soaking up the atmosphere, but we had also arranged to go to a local water park so it was soon time to meet up again.
In this photo you can see some of our party waiting in shade for the others to join us. The specially printed T-Shirts made everyone stand out from the crowd and enabled the leaders to easily spot any Cub or Scout who failed to keep up with the rest of the group.
