Another of the initiative excercises was a blind trail through the dense woodland area.
They were told to keep in contact with the person in front of them and follow the rope. Suddenly small rocks on the floor seem like huge boulders and overhanging branches make it feel as though you are in the deepest of jungles. Small cobwebs and a trickle of water made this a most scary event, yet for those without a blindfold it was just a short walk through a wooded part of the site.
